It’s so refreshing and with 6 grilled shrimp on top, it was the perfect size. I had the wedge salad and added grilled shrimp, I could probably have this for lunch everyday. The crust was super light and left plenty of room for lunch. Sylvia chose the appetizer fried calamari with a wonderful homemade red sauce. It automatically gets you prepared for a delightful meal. I love that they bring fresh hot bread and olive oil dipping sauce to the table when you sit down. She had never been before and I was looking forward to giving her a treat. It was a late lunch and knew for sure that Johnny Carino’s would be open and delicious.
